Because I've been refunded points less than 5 times? You get a notification when someone you report is banned, and you also get your rating points back.

I only played vs one, and on move 7 or 8 of the game he got banned right away which was awesome tbh.

Declaring something to be true does not, by itself, make it so, no matter how many declarations one makes.
Also, stating that anyone who disagrees with you is "blind" is simply another form of merely repeating the same declaration. The same is true for your silly "oxygen" analogy.
What is the foundation of your claim? That you "know" it? You offer two games, and I doubt that the first one was actually cheating. Black's d5 was premature and c4 was an outright blunder.
