What is your rating in real life?

Ratings always reflect the strength of the player pool one is up against. The competition on Lichess is certainly softer than elsewhere, so the ratings should be higher.

Individual ratings on chess sites also reflect how well someone does with limited time. Some guys are are incredibly quick and may achieve a high rating just by outclicking their opponents, others are slow and suck at blitz or bullet while actually being decent chessplayers.
1994 USCF, somewhere between 2100-2250 on lichess classical, depending on how I'm playing.

Hi how many games do we need on real life to get an official fide elo rating on may 2016 ?
@VernonHardapple Why do you think that the competition here on Lichess is softer? I doubt that, I see a lot of good chess players around this website.

And does Lichess not use the Ello rating mechanism?
