What is Your Opinion on 100% Perfect 0/0/0 Games?

I dont mean quick Checkmates. I mean games that run 30 moves + and the player scores 0.0.0
Sure. It happens.

Okay. Well what about if this player has only played less than 40 games on Lichess, and at least 30 of them are 100% Perfect 0/0/0

Is this automatically damning? Thoughts?
Automatically Damning; as I thought :O

@rami15

Made the daily leaderboards. I decided to look at his games. Reviewed 12 or 13 of them. All perfect. 0/0/0 lol. So, I reported him. Nothing happened for a hour or so; thought maybe i was wrong. Guess they ere just busy. Hes marked now :)

Good grief; what on earth is the point of using a engine.
0/0/0 is not damning evidence, especially when opening theory is followed for 20 moves. Much longer games it is more an indicator. Average cpl is more telling.
SF can be fickle assigning "inaccuracies" values. Gambits most often always are evaluated as such.
In my experience, the games with low CPL are usually miniatures where you are more-or-less following theory and the opponent makes a mistake, giving you an obvious attacking plan. Then it is just a matter of punishing accurately.

Here is one I had playing correspondence on another site:
