The worst thing I've come across was a trainer who told his students to run to the arbiter at any possible moment: Insist that your opponent touched a piece even if it was accidental, call the arbiter if your opponent eats during the game (I'm fine with eating as long as you do it on your time), etc... Basically cite every rule you can find to harass your opponent with.
No question, Kasparov is the worst.

By the way, I know what you mean. I do not want to spread all the negative energy and talk about jerks. There are many good people one could talk about.
I played this dude who had like 7 minutes left on a 10 minute rapid game and then when he had like 3 seconds left he made a move. I was 30 seconds from losing that game when I came back lol.
#7 #26 you can report these guys, you know? When it's not feasible that a player is thinking, e.g. #7 only one legal move, then report...
