There does exist an auto-ban, or at least automatic warnings that happen based on what the individual says.

Beyond that, its up to the mods and higher.

@pedestrian212 something you can do if they troll you in one game, is to continuously watch rematches and have fun, if they bother you again, try playing as a gullible child so they will continue trolling you. Gather up evidence throughout as many games as you can, pile it up to the mods, they will surely do something about it. OK, this plan is kinda dark, but it worked for me before. have a nice day :)
