warning for aborting a game after waiting for 5 or 10 seconds

Some of the players do not respond for a game within 5 seconds or 10 seconds. I t seems that they are not
going to play when you are waiting for a game to start.
Then you get a warning for aborting the game.
What is the reason for this warning when the opponent is not starting the game?

Because if you'd waited another 10 seconds or so the game would have been aborted automatically and your opponent would have been the one to get a warning for not moving?

You only get the warning if your opponent's icon is green. If they don't move and their icon is not green, you can abort without warning.
