vitamins.

Yeah, sorry about that. Although one could argue talking about vitamins to increase mental capacity was a daft idea to begin with.
Maybe ADHD medicine might help someone focus more? I don't know of any supplements that improve chess performance.
The most relevant banned substances for chess are:
• Amphetamines – e.g. Adderall, Ritalin
• Ephedrine and Methylephedrine – Prohibited by WADA when its concentration in urine is greater than 10 micrograms per milliliter
• Pseudoephedrine is prohibited when its concentration in urine is greater than 150 micrograms per milliliter

Substances not present on the Prohibited List but represented in the Monitoring Program:
• Caffeine – Included in WADA 2013 Monitoring Program and relevant for in-competition testing only. Any test reading of less than 400 milligrams poses no problem.
• Codeine – A common ingredient in, for example, preparations used to treat coughs and stomach upsets. Any dosage is highly unlikely to be significant when taken in normal therapeutic quantities.
Go to my profile, I've been on the leaderboard for many variants. All you do is have to practice and get better, vitamins won't help
lol, yeah vitamins don't do anything, only take em if you do not have enough of em, I'm an NM and I don't take any vitamins( I doubt most other Masters take em)
@V2chess I've seen your profile. What variant exactly? Seems like you're just an aspiring patzer in every variant other that zh (even there you hold your rating by hyperbullet and sitting on it).
SMH wtf? v2 is so high rated in Racing kings and plays it every day. If you don't think he's good at anything then look at my profile, I don't use vitamins and I have top 100 in almost every variant
