Unfair decision

I personally support Lichess's new draw rules. There are a lot of positions, where a player winning on time has only few pawns against a big arsenal of their opponent. But that isn't considered a draw. So, the new rules don't change things completely I think. If one wants to flag, and is good at flagging, they can flag, or make 50 moves before a draw. If one is not good at flagging, then they can play with increment to avoid the situation with two opposite bishops.
