Traxler counterattack surprise

@Blacksalt i analyzed and it turns out 9.d6 leads to a bit better postion for white, thought with careful moves black can equalize, here is why 9.d6! Qxd6 10.c3 (is a must) 10.Bg4 11.Qa4+ Nd7 12.kxf2 Qf4+ 13.ke1 Qf4! 14.Rf1! Qe4+ 15.Kf2 Qf4+ 16.Kg1 Ne2+! 17.Bxe2 and Qxa4 thought white has a prefarble postion but it's hard to win, I tried playing best moves for white and black till I reached move 51 where stockfish gives only 0.5 advantage better for white...

I guess 12.Qf4+ is Qf6+

It's kind of the idea of this opening, someone is going to screw up, you will not play against Stockfish.
Technically In your line white has a rook and two pieces for a Queen which is a good trade, but as you said it isn't easy, but fun.

Note: 13... Qf4 is a blunder according to the engine. 13... 0-0-0 is it's choice

also 13.Qf4 works i tested it too but 13. O-O-O also works
