Training partner: specific positions

Perhaps, if you are sustaining this activity, making a forum team would help newcomers join in, and quitting or joining could be a statement of availability for such games. short of making this a chess category. plus some comments or links to studies derived from this exercise could be kept there, easy to find. just an idea. I might be willing to do such an exercise but later. maybe this thread will last. 27 days or archived, if not mistaken.
i guess time format preferences can get in the way, if small pool. just throwing expanding or sustaining ideas....

good idea anyway, op.
I played against one FM Ratkovic_Miloje from Serbia, he is great. In start I had 2100, after games with him I am able to have 2250
Nice! If you were to join our team, you could be one of our main teachers even!
@NRen21 The team you created has a wide topic title, which is fine.

my idea, was specifically for this thread op constraints, join meaning available for challenge under this op parameters, quitting, meaning not available.
it may be a useless idea, in the end, but i thought i would make it more precise. perhaps, after a while this might be helpful.

You can also do another sibling team just for that and keep the original for comments and references, since, quitting the pool of available does not mean not wanting to comment...

As you are learning (i am too, forever), i would suggest copying the link of this thread and pasting it right after your citation of this thread, so people can go back and forth, while things get into shape. I hope this also helps. I like hypertext...
I see
You can only create teams once a week though
there is time, better wait to see if anybody already participating picks up on the idea, or the team you built, it may even be better that your team is as is, without special rules.

somebody declared all contacted, so you may not need the dynamic team, and it may not make sense for a small number, if everybody knows everybody. it may not even work, in high number, who plays with whom, etc....

Also, I did not know about team creation limit. it does make sense though, lichess seeks to be economical in all resources, as far as I understand. I never created one, been thinking just to know the powers of the team leader regarding edition of posts, and maintenance of sub-forum...

I am also looking for a chess friend to play opening positions or to play games and analyse them. Also I have many chess
videos on English. We can watch them and play positions from them too.
