Tournaments with increments

There are hardly any tournaments where the time control has an increment. The list of tournaments only has a very rare 1+1 bullet of 3+2 blitz arena. Is there maybe a team that fills this gap and that regularly holds (blitz or rapid) tournaments with a time control with an increment?

According to the thread lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/lichess-time-controls-popularity-using-hours-graph roughly 30% of the hours played are from games with increment. In my opinion this is still a quite respectable number and should somehow also be visible in the tournament time controls.

I think Lichess should have a slow blitz arena more or less all the time. The time control could alternate between 3+2 and 5+3. And why not also add in the occasional slow rapid arena with 10+5?
I'd like to see that as well. As long as there are no lichess-organized tournaments with increments, is there a team that organizes such tournaments? Or is there a desire to have such a team? Something similar to 'Lichess Swiss' for swiss tournaments, but for tournaments with increment instead.
I‘d also like to have more tournaments with increments, e.g. + 5 or + 8. Your opponents cannot simply win by flagging you in positions, which are clearly lost. I would be in interested in joining a team, that regularly organizes such tournaments.

that^^
but its also due to fairness and technicalities:
sometimes you get paired with someone who refuse to take draw in K+N vs K+B endgame and stuff like that, so better have the clock decide the outcome than getting caught up in those shenanigans forever without having a chance to move along in the tournament.
Obviously if you are thinking real chess over the board there is nothing much under one hour & nothing allowed under 30 minutes . So if you believe you are getting ready for over the board tournament in-person I guess you should as most here who have improved during the pandemic have not get a taste of over the board in-person real chess . Five second Delay is normal here in the states USA ... but you take some time off the time control . Go Play . Rated OTB Chess wherever you are
I hate bullet and blitz with increment. Time control like 3+2 is very distracting. Time control 5 minutes is very nice to play. Increment is very good for classical games.

I agree. A +2 or +1 increment is just stupid for most everyone except for the super fast like penguin. With only a +2 or +1 increment you still can't play anything resembling real chess as it's just to fast to do any real thinking. So why even have the +2, it's just an annoying distraction. +0 or +5 at least.
So I can't even understand why the +1 is so prominent especially in quick pairing. +1 is the cancer of chess.
