When I click join, the horse just spins around and reloads the page. Someone please help!
My English is very bad but something similar happens to me, I'm playing I have an advantage in time both clocks stop and when they start working my time is almost at zero. I think there is some way to contaminate the PC or control the clock from the outside by some players.

As @Lampac09 said your account is marked. Banned or marked users, for TOS violation can't enter the tournament.

Only successful appeal can make it possible to join a tournament. Good luck with that, it's almost impossible for mark to remove. :D
