Tired of players insulting

It's pretty lame and tiring. I wonder why is there so many people trolling or insulting in lichess once they've won. What's in their head? I also wonder why lichess isn't doing much more than "please be nice in the chat". I've reported players but no news of any banning. Quite sad, frankly.

you can turn off the chat if that becomes annoying, or activate the zen mode to play more calmly

I am sorry to hear that you had bad experiences, but if you have already reported them, it only remains to wait, do not be discouraged, everywhere there are silly people, just do not give them importance or attention.

Wow this is actually incredible.

I used to play LoL, it is a "team" game so everyone is the best player alive and they lose because of bad teams every single time.
Now I be playing Grand Chase and it's a 1v1 game, still them quadrupeds will get slaughtered 1v1 and type and type and type.

But toxicity in chess? This is worrying fr.

I don't even care about insulting. But those that send a smiley face emoji when you've made a mistake should be publicly linched.

Sometimes when a player makes most annoying moves that really make no chess sense at all, and eventually get the queen trapped or something just as bad, I will tell them 'you should resign you have no idea what your doing lol' is this bad?

Yes, that is very bad. A general rule of thumb in life is to imagine how you'd feel if somebody did the same actions to you.

Many moves you make wouldn't make "chess sense" to a stronger player and I don't think you'd feel particularly happy reading "you have no idea what you're doing, you should resign lol".

1300 rated player loses because of bad luck every single game, judges their opponents because they "have no idea what they doing", and is the ultimate authority to judge which moves make "chess sense".

This has to be a joke. Society is a joke. This one will have spoiled kids and blame the video games, 100% sure.
