I have seen many ultrabullet players premove so fast in Lichess TV. I just want to know, how they control so fast like "Premove Premove Premove Premove Premove move". I can hardly play 40 moves. Can I just learn some tips on how I can premove quickly?
if u want to be really fast u have to use kb and u should always check opponent checking the king blocks premoves

if u write to your browser lichess kb extension there are forum posts for the extensions download link
go to lichess.org/account/preferences/game-behavior, sroll down to <input moves with the keyboard> and click <yes>
