Thinking about starting a project

I have been doing some market research, but I'm still doubting the value proposition so posting on here to get feedback. Do casual and/or beginner to advanced online players think it's easy to access an online chess class for their level, or find the right coach/mentor at an affordable price? The vision is to make online chess education more accesible and affordable by connecting chess teachers and students, and creating online communities that foster chess advancement. A place where any chess player can go to try to find a coach or class that suits their level, goals, schedule, and price for entry.
As a semi casual player it is nearly impossible to find a class that has the right teacher and fits my schedule. If you do acomplish what you said you would, i think it would work out very well for you.
I think your proposal has a lot of value.
Why? The Lichess coaches list is very elitist. It seems, there are nearly no coaches allowed that are not titled. This leads to a price barrier of around 15 U$/h for english speaking and 10 U$/h for spanish speaking coaches. There are no cheaper ones.

That's a lot of money for most part of the world and even for the rich part of the world, it is for many people too much money to put into chess.

But I am sure there are lots and lots of players who would like to receive some personal training by lower rated coaches for lower prices. And I am sure there are lots and lots of coaches who would like to give some personal training to lower rated players for lower prices.

I am such a guy, I would love to give personal training for players rated below 1750 Lichess rapid for as low a price as 5 U$/h.
And I'm quite sure I could help those players very well, nearly as well as any FM or maybe even better. But I cannot be listed in the Lichess coaches list.

So, yes I'd like to see this.
Another point: The title of your post "Thinking about starting a project" is not chosen too well, as it doesn't tell anything about the project.
