Someone here can speak Khmer (Cambodian)?

We are desperately looking for someone to translate the exact rules of Cambodian/Khmer Chess, Ouk.
In this video youtu.be/KjzKrzYbJag?t=549 one of the best Ouk player Chheav Bora explains the rules.
Ouk rules are almost the same as Makruk (Thai), but in Ouk there are two special moves we should clarify. King first move can be b2/f2 (c7/g7), but there are cases when it looses this right. We suppose he explains these exceptions. (Queen first special move seems clear.)
Any help is appreciated!

Good! All you need to do is to share the video and ask them to translate said words into English or any other language to help in translating further!
i found this online" The King moves like that of the international chess except that for the first move it has an option to move a leap like the Knight, usually to the left or to right. However, if it is in check by the opponent's unit, that option is no longer valid and it has to move only one square as usual. " not sure if that helps
