Rating Dropped!!!

#1 Play slower games if you want to understand what's going wrong.
@DrBUNNYCULA You probably play online every day - you'll have good and bad days.
Nothing special happened, you just played badly because of a bad day, which has nothing to do with your general strength.
Slower games with increment and stay away from chess for at least 2 weeks until your brain recovers. There is no player that didn't experience this. Cure is resting just as you rest your muscles after workout.
When it is your first or second time playing a game, you gain a lot of rating, or drop a lot of rating. When you play more than 100 games or slightly less, your rating will have less change.
I don't know, but I don't feel as sharp and clear-minded when I play chess on the internet. Could be because I'm not there at the table, so I am not as focused as I am when playing live tournaments.
This is part of the ups and downs of chess. My approach for my last slump is to look at my games, identify the tactical motif(s) which caused me to lose and do 25-100 problems in that motif. At the moment it is working.... until the next slump....
Thank you so much guys... Your replies are really awesome thank you!
