rage after losing

today i have lost almost every game i have played. any tips on how to not get angry if you lose?
Play Ub. You won’t take fast time controls seriously, thus decreasing stupid rage.
Just handle it like every bad experience in life should be handled: Ignore it, deny it and move on. Don't try to learn from mistakes, that's for losers!
#6 "learn from mistakes, that's for losers"--> how??why??

Learning from mistakes is for winners.. :)

Is that the strategy you follow ,
Because your improvement graph is pretty much like a dead person ECG
If i lose a game and dont know immediately why, i analyze that game and eventually enter its opening moves into my repertoire database. This improves my results because my mental state changes from wanting to win to curiosity. Wanting to win is bad because one tends to ignore the opponents resources. Curiosity is good because it raises awareness.

I don't know an answer to anger, except not taking yourself seriously. You thought you could do better, you know better now, be realistic and patient, if you want more and soon, okay, but smile about your impatient and aspiring ways. Take your time to review a blitz game, and laugh about it. It contains lots more of good intentions than good moves. Take the time to give credit to the good aspirations and look forward to build on the shortcomings in the future. Anger? Yeah.. but 'd need to learn to cherish our good and our bad moves.
