I sometimes get the feeling that players in tournament are playing particular openings against me. Especially if i lose to someone with that particular opening. Is there a way to set my preferences so that I can ensure opposing players are not viewing my profile and picking which openings to play based on the games I have just played.
You think people in tournaments have the time to study your games in the 15 seconds before making their first moves?
Or you think they're replaying your older games while playing you?
They can't possibly prepare all tournaments players unless you're doing specific and small private tournaments so I think you're worrying a bit too much.
And to my knowledge there isn't such an option yet but yeah, maybe it could be interesting to block other people ability to see your game history while you're playing them. Probably not a priority I'm certain it doesn't happen frequently.
