Playing Anti-Chess is a mistake

Today I played couple of anti chess games, I was pretty good at it after my second antichess game, but now I feel like I can't play standard chess like I used to, is it only me?
The chess variants are fun, but maybe they would spoil your sharpness in normal chess. Or maybe playing under their different rules would refresh you and help your normal chess play. Who knows.
Wise words, @JeSuisIciFR.

I wonder if there's a variant that can improve your normal chess game, maybe it's Chess960, I'm not sure.
what do you think?
Chess960 is perfect when it comes to improving in the middlegame, because you won't get into familiar positions.
Chess960 will help you in normal chess, I think because it helps you to think on your own in the opening, as in normal chess you can just blitz out known openings, but in chess960 this is a lot harder. As a result, after playing a lot of Chess960, you will start to think for yourself in the opening especially (In normal chess), and also in the middlegame and endgame.
I think I should try playing more Chess960, Thank you guys!
My chess team for Amateurs East was coached by a GM who told us that varients and bughouse were good to play, and he would join us. BUT: Don't do any of those within 6 hrs of your game.
I don’t know, fun is good. It will tarnish your skills if you substitute it for real chess. If you stop playing chess, and instead play variants, your skills will tarnish. However, a little anti won’t hurt at all.
