Guys i have more interesting information for you, I made a deep investigation and came to the conclusion that the guy who was playing the lichess titles arena was non other than Levon Aronian ! i know it sounds crazy, but I can almost prove it using Facts only! Here is why:
First of all, back to the Plastic surgeon, the main charachter of this complex story- here are some more Information I could get about him using Google and his private social media accounts - Academic Background : A Medical Degree from Hamburg university, a Master Degree in Computer science from Kings College London- UK ) and another Master Business Adminstraion Degree from Humboldt University -Berlin . so he has indeed all the Tools to design Paehtz Private Chessacademy Website and do the SEO work for her YouTube channel and be the CEO of her company. more exotic Facts About him : he is fluent in 5 languages, a previous memeber of a Boxing olympic Team ( no ist not a joke- check out his instagram ) and he is even a bigger social media Influencer than Elisabeth with 30k followers
