OTB ratings in comparison to lichess ratings

Hi! Does anyone have not an estimated but actual one to one comparison, aka a national and/ or fide rating and an account on lichess?
I especially wonder what rating like 1500, 1600, 1700 lichess rated players would have in OTB... Thanks
"Does anyone have not an estimated but actual one to one comparison"

It won't likely be any too meaningful (unless maybe you have thousands and thousands of em).

Not much correlation if any at all.
For average players, from my experience, subtract 500 points to get to a person's OTB rating.
I'm an average 1600 to 1700 player ... minus 500 is wrong advise.
Lichess Blitz Rating: 1645
OTB Quick Rating: 1723
FIDE Blitz RP: 1842

Maybe the Lichess Blitz does not have the same time controls as the FIDE Blitz.
So maybe we are comparing ratings from different time controls.

Not sure about blitz. But I recently played against a 12yo kid who had an 1182 USCF rating. He was around 1700 rapid on lichess. My USCF rating is 851 but only because I haven't played much - I think I'm probably around 1000 USCF, but I'm about 1500 rapid on lichess. There's a streamer CLSmith15 who is about 2000-2100 rapid on lichess. His USCF rating is 1539.
My FIDE rating is 4270, but my Lichess rating is like 45.

People who sit around and play inline blitz games all the time are so boring. They all basically rely on time outs. Boring.
