Open Invitation To iChess.Net's First Tournament...[FREE PRIZES!]

MrCharles, thanks for the funny rant. I sure did enjoy it. So did our team.

But unfortunately, there was a hint of jabbing (or let's say doubt) in your comment. I will try to clear that up for you and the others.

Yes, these are "commercial" products that we sell for over a hundred dollars on our store, and yes, we are giving them away for FREE - no charge at all. So, you mean that we should rather be giving a hundred dollars instead of helping a dedicated chess player with a premium course? Well, anyway...

Yes, maybe you still have to go through the ordering process with a 100% discount coupon because that's how our course delivery system works. And we send the courses directly to the winner's inbox. See how easy it is?

But does it mean insecure? Nopes, not at all. Ask our 20,000+ regular customers and you will get the answers. For that matter, you can do a bit of research about the feedback we have achieved from our regular customers over years. :-)

Oh, still unsure? Please use PayPal. We won't mind. I think PayPal is secure enough for you? We are not "advertising" our courses but an INITIATIVE that is meant to bring progress for a few hard-working and committed chess players out there. (They will probably be motivated to work further to win these tournaments.)

Regarding our courses, they are from some of the world's best chess masters and coaches, and yes, if you still think you can do without their guidance or might want to take private tuition with them, that's okay. (Some of them charge $100+ an hour but that's your choice.)

But, we offer readymade, affordable courses for the majority of chess players who wish to improve their game and seek expert guidance.

But having said that, just curious, are you one of those bitter chess personalities who probably is stuck in their own game and can't seem to progress? Thus, so much hate? We understand. If yes, here's our FREE Rapid Masterclass course for you.

Please go through the lessons. It will help you for sure.

P.S. It does not require you to put in your credit card details. :-)
Hey, Schttrj! When you say U1800, do you mean OTB rating or lichess rating? And another question is are those prizes book-like, meaning that you ship them to home address or they are some kind of a file? Also, change August 8th to September 8th. I think it would be more fair to play U1800 with OTB rating as it would prevent cheating, but that's just my opinion.
Yes, that's the OTB rating because if somebody is over 2000 OTB and only started playing on Lichess yesterday with a 1500 rating, that'd be unfair. A long history of games with peak rating is what we will look for.
42 people enrolled for the tournament! Yippie...can we reach 50?
HOw you verify that someone is OTB U1800? Well pretty much everyone under Lichess 1800 is OTB 1800 and below but not sure though
Yes, you are right. If somebody is under 1800 on Lichess, it is more likely that they are under 1800 OTB as well.
Final reminder to everyone.

If still haven't joined it, do it now. Only a few hours left.

If you have joined it, start practising tactical patterns, go through your favourite openings and yes, pump up some iron.

Get your adrenaline juices flowing, for the time has come. Show us what you have got.
