Online chess group for training tournaments and matches. Players 1900 and above

I have started a online chess group for players 1900 and above.
The purpose of this group is for players who are serious about improvement and want to play rapid and longer tournaments for improvement.
We will also be arranging matches for players to practice opening systems and overall sparring.

What type of training games do you like playing ?
What do you find mist useful for improving online? Playing standard time controls or more rapid time controls?

Is there a tournament for 1700s and lower?

We can setup a group for 1700-2000s if players are interested.
Let me know if there is more interest for a group 1700-2000
