need some help in the opening

hi every one
i dont know what to play against d4 openings
i tried many openings like kings indian and Nimzo indian and grunfled even benoni and budapest gambit.
but i dont know play which of them
please help me.
You seem to score decently well. What's the actual problem? You don't find it fun, or you want to score better, or you feel like you're getting bad positions...? What is your goal?
Benoni seems difficult but Fischer played it. Just practice those you mentioned.
Think of it as a system/family of structures rather than one opening.

Benoni/King's Indian/Benko Gambit is one family.

Nimzo Indian/Queen's Gambit Declined is one family [if that seems bonkers to say that I can explain]

Then there are defences to d4 that are unique like the Dutch or the Gruenfeld.

You are looking for what structures with pawns and pieces that you find active and natural.

There are also gambits that I suppose form one family of defences: Budapest, Englund etc.
In the end you have to experiment and see what you like the most.
It is largely irrelevant.
You do not lose games on move 2-3, you lose games on move 20-30.
Just pîck one and stick to it: play it against all opponents and in all time controls so as to accumulate experience.
King's Indian and Grünfeld Indian have lots of theory, that even scares professionals like Kasparov and Vachier-Lagrave.
Nimzo Indian has a lot of theory too, but less so in sidelines.
Benoni is fine, but if white does not push d5, then you end up in a variation of the English Opening.
Budapest Gambit may be not totally sound and moreover it does not happen if white plays Nf3 before he plays c4.
Objectively most solid is probably Queen's Gambit.
