kindness

Why are people so mean on this site? Where is the kindness? Shouldn't chess be a friendly sport? I understand that the internet is a mean place, but why can't we chess players be the nice ones out there? Courtesy and sportsmanship go a long way.
There are tons of nice people around. If you look for them you'll easily find them. We just notice and remember the rude ones easier.
bad sportsmanship=leaving games unusually or when your losing. Happens all the time
What Lovlas said. On the issue though, isn't it annoying when you are in a completely winning position and your opponent incessantly offers a draw? That really gets under my skin. Then, when you win, they bad-mouth YOU! Haha
@snuffy_saltamontes seriously ? no i mean seriouslyyyy ???? !!!!! i cant even reply to this ,,,,,,,, seriously ? we even give free muffins ask @lovlas he knows all about fluffy muffin :D

The Masters get the job done
without moving a muscle
and get their point across
without saying a word.
When things around them fall apart,
they stay cool.
They don't own much,
but they use whatever's at hand.
They do the work
without expecting any favors.
When they're done,
they move on to the next job.
That's why their work is so damn good.
