I think bringing rook in the start of the game is a win-win situation. I found out new style of chess. Also, people feels uncomfortable with rare game like this.

White could defend 23 Bd6+ and 24 Rfd1 to vacate an escape for his king.
There are some Tal games with h4 and Rh3 and some Kramnik games with ...a5 and ...Ra6.

You realise White had a consistent advantage throughout the game until he committed fatal blunder right?
