Is there a way to not match with low-rated opponents?

I just got a time-out for aborting three games in a row. Two were the same opponent, both were lower ranked than I'm willing to play. Is there a way to create a game which only opponents above X can join? The filter option only appears to impact the gamex I see.

unfortunatley, i don't think there is a way to control what rating your opponent is when you get paired automatically
