interesting strength difference of players depending on exact time control in bullet

I can't know for sure but is anyone else with the impression the general pool of players playing the fastest bullet are stronger than the general pool of players playing 2+1 bullet? Probably there are more weak players playing 2+1 (the easier tc in bullet and it is preset also). So if you were playing 1+0 and change to 2+1 you would probably gain rating points and viceversa. I estimate more than 100 points.
