Incorrect tactics puzzle. Says successful in this situation when the goal was not achieved.

The idea of this exercise is to capture white Q within a X amount of moves. However i have made the correct amount of moves, NOT captured the Q and still successfully completed the task.

As you can see the white queen is sitting on the board.

The task should be to gain a winning position and not "win the white queen" as i can pass without doing what the task requires.

Have i missed something or is this a mistake. It seems the text needs changing as this task is asking for something that you do not need to do to get it completed.

Thank you.

1) ..... Rxh3
2)Kg1#12 Rf1
3)Kh2-99 h3
4)Qg4

THIS SEQUENCE HAS THE WHITE QUEEN MOVING LAST BUT STILL I GET THE GREEN SUCCESS BUTTON WHEN OBVIOUSlY THE QUEEN IS STILL IN PLAY, IT WAS THE LAST PIECE TO MOVE (sorry for the unintentional caps).
[FEN "q5k1/5pp1/8/1pb1P3/2p4p/2P2r1P/1P3PQ1/1N3R1K b - - 0 1"]

1... Rxh3+ 2. Kg1 Rg3 3. Qxg3 hxg3
is the solution
It seems the real task was to have a winning position after 3 moves. You had a mate in 17 or less after Qg4, which is technically better than winning a queen.
