Improve

Hi it is me again:D
i have mybe nt played much on lichess but on other sites:my Acc keksi_live on schacharena.de
it is already since janaury i have not increased in my rating,even if i train tactic 1 hours/day at least and then play 1 hours at least..
so some suggestions?

No bullet, no variants, classical only. Correspondence is good too.

i play almist no varaints.ok only classical?hwat else?
