I want to become a titled player

My goal is to become an IM in the long run.

What chess related things should i do to achieve such title?

Please help me!
how old are you, how long have you been playing , what is your rating
Chess is 90% training and 10% talent. IM rank should be achievable if you possess the necessary talent, but it takes a long time to achieve. You should play mostly slower time controls on lichess and analyze your games with the engine afterwards to see what mistakes you are making and improving these mistakes. Also do a lot of tactics. If you are around 2200 strength here on lichess you should enter a chessclub locally for training or get an online coach if possible.

Very often in the forums there are similar questions about chess improvements and FIDE titles.
Have you noticed that almost always only non titled players reply and sometimes make claims about getting a title ?
In my opinion claims like for example "Anyone can get FM title by studying hard" are plain nonsense.
For example, naming one factor, there are simply people who do not have a good memory or good visualization and calculation skills. Without that it is unlikely that you will get a FIDE title any time soon.
My suggestion, as untitled player but with a fair bit of chess experience is to break your goals down in smaller bits.
For example in your case, reach 1800 or 1900 in Lichess Rapid and Classical. And see how that goes, and if you succeed, then set another new goal.
Stopping yourself from setting high thresholds can prevent huge disappointments. And maybe makes it easier to find peace with your peak level.
It is, a slight chance, of course possible that you have a lot of chess talent and a bright future as titled chess player, and if this is a real dream for you, then you'll likely find out yourself. Finding a good chess coach maybe helps with the latter.

@tpr thats a merely a claim by one person providing only anecdotal evidence to support. There is plenty of research to show it is not the case. In sports particular. To be a truly good marathon runner is not possible without certain body charasteristics, ratio of slow/fast muscle cells being one.
Same will be true for chess. ability to concentrate is definately one. can be trained but only to a degree.
