I 'cheated'

Hey guys,

I just played a classical 30 +20 min game. I was winning and had a mate in 1 one the board when my opponent decided to stall with 33 minutes left. After 8 minutes i decided to put the game link (lichess.org/Rm792pYzJvet)in my studies and left the tab open. Then like 1 minute later it says CheatDetected and i lost.
Afterwards i of course realized that it was stupid by me to do this...
But now i am concerned that something might happen with this account.
I mean going through the game it is obvious that i didnt use an engine.
But what do you guys think i should do now? Just wait?!?

How can lichess prove you didn't used an engine?
