I actually feel like quitting chess

@Komokid don't leave! You are such a good friend and for Mars and Antarctica you are very important!
@Komokid The entire lichess Antarctica and Mars community was quite saddened when @Recur left lichess with his old account. The same will be true if you leave. We still miss @SavageBee because he left over 2 months ago, and we will miss you the same. Please stay. Please!!!

you should get out while you can............... you're asking a bunch of chess addicts (no offense) to say it's good or bad to walk away from chess......................jeezus.
C'mon, I've lost a bunch of games worse than that.

But it seems to me that, rather than Threatening To Leave Us, you could look at that game with a lesson or two in mind. Your 16 Bf3 (which the comp rather ridiculously labels a "blunder") does indeed win the exchange. But you also trade a monster knight on b5 for a rook that's still buried by its own pieces.

No doubt that idea is fairly promising anyway (especially given Black's woeful kingside situation). But if you could find something a whole lot better, Black might've never survived so long.

Looking at that situation, with you way up in development and those doubled pawns of Black preventing him from freeing his king at all easily, the comp's 16 Qd6 does indeed suggest itself (in a manner of speaking). :)

But I like even better 16 Qd5, with two major threats (and this time it's a full rook that's being threatened).
Thx for the love and support and I am happy to report that i have decided to not leave. Thank you to everyone who made me realize that there is no point in quitting. And yes pawnmulch ima just ignore that statement.....
yessss! hes staying. The reason why i did not want to chat is because i thought it would make you angrier but i am really happy you are staying @Komokid
