hypothetical situation

How does Lichess differentiate between rating inflation by the account holder and a malicious user trying to get another user banned by making accounts to lose to them
Once, someone deliberately tried to inflate my rating (not sure if the intent was malicious):
lichess.org/@/ft029/search?perf=0&mode=1&players.a=ft029&players.b=FnBaddies&players.winner=ft029&sort.field=d&sort.order=desc

As you can see, in several of the games, my position was losing, but FnBaddies resigned. My rating shot up to 2109, but when I played again next week, my rating went back down to what it normally was at the time (~2000, I've improved a bit since then). You can see FnBaddies' real strength here: lichess.org/tournament/C2Kaz7xm (about 2300)

In conclusion, I believe the behavior of someone inflating their rating would be someone who ONLY plays the account that purposely loses.
