How to become solid-rated player ??

When I play bullet, hands shake playing and can no focus. I reach 1500 sometime and then drop to 1200-1300. Big performance changes,Never have solid rating. I also feel sometimes I angry at chess... Anyone can help me? Thank you.

Do not play bullet, play rapid or classical.

The solution is easy.
Not playing continuously when you get tired.
You should take rests when you get tired.
Then, time to lose decreases and the rate of win increases gradually.

Bullet chess is very good and the most popular type of chess.
You can build your brain by speed since you have to make Judgments fast.
