How To Beat The French Defense

Let me ask the almighty God a question: How many times did the same Simon Williams play that line in an official OTB tournament?
Because FIDE doesnt gove NM titles and USCF's search appears to be broken

First of all, you act like a troll. I wonder why this might be so....

Second: OK, let us consider Simon Williams. according to Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_Williams_(chess_player)) his current rating is 2464 and his peak rating was 2550.

Whereas there is an author (Viktor Moskalenko) who suggests the French Defense in several books ("The Flexible French", 2008; "The Wonderful Winawer", 2010; "The Even More Flexible French", 2015) and his current rating is 2478 and his peak rating was 2591. (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiktor_Moskalenko)

There is another prominent author of DVDs about the French Defense, Thomas Luther (@thomasluther). Current rating is 2528, peak rating was 2604. (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Luther)

And these two are just off the top of my head. Someone (several, actually) much stronger than you disagreed with you and someone (several actually) must stronger than your touted source disagrees with your source either.

Have you ever considered just shutting up before you have something worthwhile to contribute?

I recommend this:

With correct play of both sides white will probably get only a draw but black has always to find the correct moves till the late middlegame if not even till the endgame in order not to lose!

@odoaker2015 That's a risky line - if opponent's familiar with it, then White is surviving, not Black.
@chaimzaromb Sure, Wing Gambit can be played at a <2000 level with decent results, but you don't CRUSH it - not anything near that. There's no need for clickbaits and there's no need for acting so arrogant in a forum, calling people bigshots and screaming at everyone saying it's not all that heavenly about the line.
