Thibault ran the numbers in IRC just last night actually, it was around 630,000. But it doesn't mean much, many of them may be multiaccounts, many inactive, many are wood pushers who play once in a blue moon, etc. What matter is the count of active accounts.

I don't know, but I can say that 251,978 users have played 10 games or more.
