i have seen a player whose name is @agadmator,who is a streamer and has a verified account tag,do you know how do we get that tag,anybody knows

This I believe is a special system for well known players. For example Magnus Carlsen. He probably has a special verification tag that tells Lichess his account is legitimate. We can't get this because we're just unknowns.

You need to take a picture of yourself on a horsey praising the great Thibault and send it to the Lichess Bureau of Verification.

It's similar to YouTube's Verified tick as far as I know
Lichess verifies important people to show that they are the legit person, hence agadmator and some other important chess players and streamers have been verified.
