how did you manage to analyse with Stockfish 12 NNUE on lichess ?
my lichess only gives me the analyzes of Stockfish 1O

I think you are having an out-dated or older browser. It happened to me on mobile DuckDuckGo browser, which has stockfish 10. But on my PC it is StockFish 12.

if your browser does not support WASM you will get old version. And local version is Stockfish 12 classic. Only server analysis is NNUE. just load the stockfish in to your own machine. it will be lot faster and you spend more time analyzing
