good openings against 1.d4?

eha, i use it often too, because as for black ,1 click e5 is quick and force white to prepare for the next move which spend more than 1 second.2in my chess grade ,few people know this England gambit and they are always mistaking,that's fun.(but when part of them know this, and that the tradegy for me :)
As White I always play 1.d4, and I'm quite happy to see my opponent playing the Englund Gambit, which is basically unsound. If you want a solid response, you could play the QGD, the Nimzo-Indian, the Slav, the Grünfeld. Depends on what sorts of positions you enjoy. You asked for recommendations as Black against the London. I think -- and stronger players can weigh in if they disagree -- that if you're comfortable playing the QGD then you'll be comfortable facing the London, since you can sort of expect slow maneuvering of a similar nature.
