Getting Rid of Premove

There is a Russian site (Chess planet). There's a lot more very strong players than Lichess and not premuv. You can play there
The thing is, even if this site implements a way to play games without premoves allowed you can't prevent that your opponent hack somehow the interface (making a custom client to connect here) and then include the premove secretly to the system (those of you who are programmers would understand what I mean).

So, it is impossible, in practice, to prevent your opponent to make premovements (even if the server in principle doesn't have that option). This is a thing that comes inevitably with internet chess. Take it or leave it!
If there were no premoves Ultrabullet would be pointless.
Bullet wouldn't be fun either.

Try some slower time controls. I agree: super fast chess is not real chess. That doesn't mean it's not fun.
If you're looking for high quality, thoughtful chess, where the quality of the moves, rather than the speed they were played at, determine the winner, play some classical time controls.
This sounds like "I don't like premoves, so nobody should use them.". From what I've seen, most people are OK with premoves, and those that aren't are probably playing time controls where using premones can only be a disadvantage.
pre-moves are part of internet chess. U dont like it then play otb. Besides on Blitz speed anticipating moves and controlling the flow time i.e most of thinking happening on opponents time are far more important than few pre-moves on can pull off
