D4 followed by Nf3

Can you guys suggest me a good opening against d4 followed by Nf3? I generally play budapest gambit against A50 Indian Game: Normal Variation. But no idea what I should play against d4 followed by Nf3.

d5 followed by Nf6.

That is the problem with the Budapest Gambit: if white plays 2 Nf3 it does not happen.
Objectively best is 1 d4 Nf6 2 Nf3 d5
You can also try 1 d4 Nf6 2 Nf3 b5
1 d4 Nf6 2 Nf3 b6 3 c4 transposes to the Queen's Indian Defence
