Hello everyone / I create classical game 30+20 and waiting about 15-20 minutes and no one accepting / i asked of mine if she sees my game on lobby / she is said no

If you just push the 30+20 quick pairing button, it doesn't create an entry in the lobby.
Anyway, at your rating, even at my rating, it takes forever to find a classical game. I just go to the lobby and play whatever I find there.
Maybe its either wi-fi is down OR just go to the settings button on the top-right of the lobby and remove the timings you don't want, and go to the lobby and click one of the games of your choice.
I believe most people are too lazy/impatient to play Classical.
you are a 2300, so not many people have a similar rating to you. Because of this, less people will be paired with you than with a 1700. Also, as

As a result of this, you should just play whatever time control other people are wanting to play, as it is rare for YOUR game to be selected. (This doesn't apply for rapid, much more people play rapid more than classical)

This is true , most of the players at your level just stick with bullet and blitz
I hate to destroy your dreams, but the reality is that most players over 1600 avoid online classical games like the black plague. It is because cheating is rampant in online chess. The cheating abuse is so corrosive and destructive to real chess players they willingly avoid the most popular form of chess in real life to prevent the pain. This is the real reason why online chess has never been able to replicate the popularity of real life chess in the classical form.
It is very sad, but it is the truth.
It's because classical sucks, no one wants to play a 1h game and then lose
