I opened an account on freechessserver today and with the first game they kicked me out and couldn't lock-in again. I was just looking around to get the size of my board bigger. Absolutely impertinent

Especially not greying out a National Flag because of political reasons, players from Russia had nothing to do with it.

Also is that what chesscom did to Hans? A whole lot of those people moved goalposts & purposely manipulated data to further blacklist a fellow player for something they allegedly did as a child. I say allegedly because they are forced “confessions”.

I am extremely grateful on how lichess not only stays out of it, but doesn’t do anything nefarious while staying out of it, meaning they speak up if they need to.
Forgive Sutovsky. He was feeling rattled by chess dot com & rightly so. US Big Money has arrived on the chess scene. I won't be surprised that in a few years FIDE is bought out by chess dot com, or rendered irrelevant in terms of prize money. In the panic, he just forgot about Lichess.
