I gotta say this is the most inapropriate and hilarious blog post lichess has made.

I must say this is one of the biggest problems of the world today nothing in the news compares to this. This is so sad.

Yes agree, it feels weird

Lack of sponsors might have contributed in the decision, regardless a really bad move by fide.
