Artemiev is known for his bad English in real life, which Konevlad has also demonstrated earlier in this thread. Also he used Russian short smileys (right parenthesis without a colon).

3. Month ago Vlad Artemiev won an extremely strong 3+1 Quatar-tournament on chesscom. Several weeks later he became an absolutely best russian player in Nationcup. Even Nepo and Karjakin looked poor infront of Vladislav. It's all about an actual great Artemievs shape!
4. And finally there is too much independent rumors which tell us that Konevlad is Artemiev.
