I also don't like v2. It just looks worse overall. Everything is huge, the pieces are blurry, and the clock is straight up ugly, among other things. Sure it might be better for mobile but most people just use the app. Please give at least an option to use v1, but imo there's no reason v1 shouldn't stay the default. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Side panels (with chat and moves+clock) are way too big on my monitor. In games it's much more difficult to concentrate on board because of that. I understand that it's pretty subjective and would really love the option to resize it, like you did with the board.

It's just the same thing but worse. Change to change, and finally do less well. This is the trend of this mediocre time.

Thank you. Since the morning viewing the site there have been many improvements. Chessboard has become a normal size, almost as before. It’s very good.
However, there are a few unpleasant moments: Side panels (with chat, notation, and score with an opponent) are now annoying white. These panels used to be calm gray. It would be great to return these side panels to the original color scheme. Now in games it is much more difficult to concentrate on the board and after a couple of games played I want to leave the site and relax, but not to play more.

As far as the layout is concerned, v2 is much worse than the previous version. I wish we could have the previous version back or at least the chance to select versions!
Two things I've noticed that are a bit bothersome:
1) The added time stamps in analysis is a great feature, but the time stamps are very small and hard to tell.
2) There's no button to jump to the last post on the forums, such as in this thread where there's a lot of posts.

We must make clear that we appreciate the hard work of the devs team, BUT, hard work doesn't always bring succesful changes. Users' feedback must be well cosidered.
