Average centipawn loss AcPL is the average loss in units of 1/100 of a pawn worth per move as compared to the engine moves.
If a move loses a pawn, then that would be a loss of 100 centipawn.
If that were the only mistake and the game lasts for 50 moves, then the average centipawn loss would be 100/50 = 2.
