Andrew Tang commentary voice

Like lot of players, I follow GM Andrew Tang lives and heard weird voices who comments their games automaticly, with repetition and curious accent. What is it ?

I just watched his newest video on Youtube and he has 100 tabs on his browser....lol...

I have the same problem. Whn I download that thing, it simply doesn't show up.
I just wanna have the voice commentary :)
